Seeing it

Notice the positions required by surgeons, dentists, nurses, and chiropractors. These are often held for long periods of time throughout the day. Maintaining a bent over position, often with rotation, can create compression and torquing in your spine and joints. Having to lift a patient or use downward pressure can increase the demand on the body exponentially more.

Feeling it

Put yourself in the position of any of the medical practitioners in the accompanying pictures. Hold it for five minutes.

Compare how standing, breathing, and walking feels before to after this exercise.

A Paradigm Shift in Healing:

Embodying it

There's a specific feeling that occurs when you align your body and keep it aligned with the deep postural muscles. Once you experience this feeling, you'll have tools to know what's moving towards and away from it.

Aligning into Health offers an in-depth assessment of each medical practitioner in your practice. He/she will receive a highly individualized sequence to address ones pains, injuries, alignment, accounting for the patterns the practitioner is required to maintain for extended periods of time.

In addition to the full sequences, the practitioners will also learn exercises to do between patients to keep the body balanced and functional throughout the day.
