Group Class Series
Join Aligning into Health for fun, engaging multi-week courses designed to improve your posture, movement, and long-term health. You will also experience physical and emotional benefits while gaining tools to breathe, balance, and function more optimally.

Create Your Own Group
Design multi-week programs for individuals who share a similar age group, location, capability, issues, goals, &/or sport. This can be the most fun option to enhance collective motivation and allow for the best progress in a group setting. Examples include:
